Position Summary... Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. What you'll do...

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders
- Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
- Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
- Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy
- Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
- Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
- Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing
- Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
- Support Customers and Team Operations
- Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
- Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards
- Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
- Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.



Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

- Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
