Cenovus is seeking an experienced Manager in Reliability Project Implementation, responsible for steering project execution and ensuring operational readiness. You will lead cross-functional teams, enhancing SAP maintenance data accuracy and project turnover processes. Solid leadership, SAP knowledge, and an ability to influence stakeholders are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:



• Establish collaboration with Reliability Engineering and Operations teams • Ensure accurate documentation handover for projects • Define quality checks for SAP master data readiness • Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes • Lead and mentor the Reliability Project Implementation team

Requirements: • Legally authorized to work in Canada • Journeyman Red Seal or relevant Technologist certification • Minimum 12 years experience in related industrial environments • Strong knowledge of SAP and project execution practices • Proven leadership in maintenance and asset management
