This position is a is a full-time, in office role based in Balzac, with some travel to other locations required. Your main role will be to provide HR partner to local leadership in the areas of employee relations, HR policies and procedures, training and performance management.ResponsibilitiesBe a trusted advisor to site managementProvide guidance on all matters related to employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.Conduct thorough workplace investigations, when requiredAct as subject matter expert on HR policies,
