In this energetic role, you will coordinate youth engagement strategies and oversee positive program experiences at MLSE LaunchPad. Reporting directly to the Manager of Engagement, your abilities in organization and relationship-building will contribute to school partnerships and program implementations. You'll work closely with community members and internal teams to foster a culture of inclusiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute youth engagement strategies for MLSE LaunchPad
• Maintain relationships with local schools for successful excursions




• Generate promotional materials for programs and events
• Support planning of youth volunteerism and special initiatives
• Lead the MLSE LaunchPad Youth Advisory Committee
Requirements:
• 3+ years in community engagement or youth outreach roles
• Strong experience in program development and support
• Proven ability to work with diverse cultures and ages
• Track record of supervising staff and volunteers
• Commitment to anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices
