Job SummaryReporting to the Grow Supervisor, the Grow Team Member will be responsible for performing tasks related to plant cultivation.Position DetailsLocation: On-site; Nanaimo, BC.Contract: Limited term contract covering maternity leave.Shift: Monday-Thursday (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM), 38 hour work week.Pay: CAD $21.00 per hour.Functions of the role include:Transplanting, harvesting, pruning, nutrient application, taking cuttings, integrated pest management, pesticide application, destruction, sanitation duties and trellising of cannabisMaintain healthy and thriving plants during all stages of cultivation (mother, clones, veg, flower, and cure)Mixing plant nutrients in accordance with Master GrowerEnsure stock tanks and feed tanks are maintainedEnsuring product is cured and packaged for shipmentMaintain product quality standards during curing processMaintaining accurate inventory of clonesRecord accurate documentation of daily activitiesAdhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to sanitation, cultivation, and processingMaintenance and monitoring of facility systemsResponsible for accurately completing appropriate documentation and recordsResponsible for promptly reporting any deviations from SOPsResponsible for adhering to safe work procedures and reporting hazardsComplete relevant forms, logs, and other documentation to meet the requirements of SOPs and Company PoliciesParticipate in company training on policies, procedures, and work methodsAssist in the mother rooms, trim, harvest, sanitation or other departments as neededPerform other duties as may be required by managementQualifications:Ability to sit,
