Through in depth analysis you will define business needs and design, develop and deliver on change requests, projects and initiatives that will have material impacts to our business and our customers. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive key strategic and transformational initiatives.Here’s howFacilitate agile ceremonies (meetings, stand-ups, refinements, sprint planning, demos, retros) and lead collaboration to remove impediments between cross functional teamsManage scrum-of-scrums for multi-team projects in order to work across our partner teams to enable agile work stylesRecord, track and monitor timelines and track the team’s delivery (performance) as well as set up and maintain tools (configure and update JIRA etc.) and report on team performance metricsYou’ll constantly be looking for ways to optimize team delivery flow,
whilst providing an outside-in view to help the team evolve and do so by demonstrating passion to learn quickly and adapt to new technologiesQualificationsYou’re the missing piece of the puzzle if you have3-5 years of experience as Scrum Master working with Scrum, Kanban and ScrumBan coupled with CertifiedScrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certificationComprehensive understanding of Agile software development and outstanding facilitation skills and experienceDetailed understanding of software development lifecycle with a proven history of excelling in a team-based, collaborative environmentOutstanding communication, organization, and time management skills and someone with a reputation for being curious, thinking outside the box to drive continuous improvementExperience working in complex, multi-project, multi-team workplace with a naturally approachable manner and a willingness to offer helpful solutionsAre known to be resourceful with strong problem management capabilityGreat-to-havesExperience in being an Agile coach and ideally a background in lean, lean start-up and lean UX approaches are an assetA knack for continually improving processes and practices by having a positive, collaborative and friendly attitude and having the understanding required to quickly learn new technology and applicationsAble to anticipate key risks and execute on risk mitigation strategiesExperience with SAFe framework knowledge or experience is a plusSalary Range: $86,000‑$136,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
