Millwright Mechanic / Industrial Mechanic
Ticketed or Experienced Un-Ticketed Candidates Welcome
Join a hands-on industrial decommissioning project working with CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment. We're looking for a mechanically skilled professional to safely dismantle, rig, and prepare equipment for removal and transport.
What You'll Do
- Decommission and dismantle CNC machines and industrial equipment
- Disconnect hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Rig, lift, and move machinery using cranes, forklifts, and other equipment
- Label, document, and organize components for transport or reinstallation
- Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during disassembly
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, or mechanical experience
- Experience with CNC machinery or manufacturing equipment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, drives, and power transmission systems
- Experience with machinery installation, relocation, or decommissioning
- Comfortable using rigging equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes
- Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
Assets
- Millwright or Mechanical trade training
- Forklift and/or Overhead Crane certification
- Previous commissioning or decommissioning experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in EDMONTON,AB.
