Our careers offer the perfect combination of autonomy, accountability, and camaraderie.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking ambitious and energeticPest Service Technicianswho enjoy working independently outdoors to service and protect homes and their surrounding environments from unwanted pest activity. The Pest Control industry is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity, similar to electricians or HVAC technicians, with the ultimate goal of ensuring their safety and well‑being.What You’ll DoControl pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, tree/shrub care and other agricultural pests on‑site in a variety of residential accounts.Physically inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests; calculate severity of infestations and degree of structural damage.Create diagrams and graphs indicating type, degree and location of infestations.Discuss work with residential customers and provide creative sales solicitations.Coordinate activities with department secretaries and other branch personnel; submit all paperwork and collections daily.Perform other administrative tasks at the supervisor’s direction, including ordering equipment and supplies,
compiling and submitting reports, and calling customers regarding callbacks and stopped service.Determine costs, estimate crew time and schedule work.Receive and properly account for company funds collected during business activities.Maintain company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.Start Date InformationTo support consistent training and onboarding, service technicians begin employment as part of a monthly cohort.
