and quality.Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to support recent product introductions and evaluate business opportunities.Build and sustain a high-performing operations team, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.Ensure regulatory compliance across all operational jurisdictions.Lead strategic planning and expansion initiatives, as well as special corporate projects as assigned by the CEO and Board.QualificationsMinimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in engineering, budgeting, business development, and project management.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.Deep understanding of automotive manufacturingProven track record in leading high-performance teams and delivering operational excellence on a global scale.Strong experience in: Strategic and financial planning, Capital project oversight, Quality and safety compliance, Customer and supplier relationship management, Tooling and component design for manufacture, Lean and continuous improvement methodologiesExceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesWillingness and ability to travel globallyDeep understanding of health & safety, quality assurance,
