Provide exceptional service as a Hotel Room Attendant at Sunshine Village. Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to high standards while engaging with guests to meet their needs.
In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness of hotel rooms and common spaces, working under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeping Supervisor. You will work closely with Room Checkers and Housepersons to provide an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while maintaining health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and monitor guest rooms thoroughly each shift
• Maintain cleanliness of public and common areas
• Engage and assist guests with inquiries and needs




• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective English communication skills
• Willing to work versatile schedules, including weekends
• Physically fit to perform the tasks required
