Purpose The Senior Manager, Wealth Credit Structuring supports the National Director, Wealth Credit Structuring in the management and resolution of problem loan accounts domiciled to Private Banking. The role acts as a key escalation point for emerging problem loans, delivering strategic guidance and advanced recovery strategies while supporting effective advice and guidance to private banking peers of accounts requiring heightened intervention.Serves as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to Private Banking, GRM, and Global Wealth leadership.The role also works across Credit Risk, Credit Structuring, Relationship Management, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams to assist with credit policy,



improve credit delivery, enhance productivity and strengthen governance to support capital retention and protection. What you will be doing: Lead the development and execution of recovery and resolution strategies for higher risk and more complex Private Banking accounts. Serve as a primary point of contact for Private Banking, Credit, and external advisors on higher risk files. Contribute insight on portfolio trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for earlier intervention. Assist and review quarterly risk assessments and provisioning reviews on assigned accounts.
