Job Description: Role Overview The Senior Business Analyst supports enterprise data management initiatives through data literacy, persona management, communications, reporting, and adoption activities. Working closely with business, technology, and governance stakeholders, the role helps drive understanding and adoption of Data Management practices, Data Compass capabilities, and AI-enabled productivity tools. Key Accountabilities Develop and maintain data literacy, training,
and awareness materials for Data Management personas. Support persona lifecycle management, including onboarding, maintenance, reporting, attestations, and organizational hierarchy updates. Create communications, presentations, newsletters, executive updates, and stakeholder engagement materials. Maintain and update the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO) SharePoint hub, redesign when needed and keep material up to date. Produce reporting, dashboards, metrics, and insights to support governance forums and leadership decision-making. Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 tools to improve reporting, automation, and stakeholder experience. Gather business requirements, document processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support change adoption activities. Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support enterprise data initiatives.
