And really, there's no place we'd rather be because just like them, it's when we're working hard and getting things done that we're at our best.Our success is driven by a passionate belief in the unlimited potential of our company and the ultimate success of our customers and we act on that belief every single day.That's Powerful Value, Delivered.What You Will Be Responsible ForDetailing heavy equipment once the repairs have been completedMaintaining the wash bay equipment and cleanliness of the wash bayCleaning parts and componentsCleaning and maintaining the yard and shopAssisting in the dismantling of heavy equipment and componentsOrganizing equipment in the yard and maintaining dealership premises (grading, leveling snow removal)Some inventory maintenanceAssisting the other shop personnel with fulfilling their duties and increase overall shop productivityOther duties as assignedWhat We Look ForOutstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical,



hydraulic systems and propane systems.Demonstrated diagnostic skills to understand mechanical and electrical systems of battery and engine powered material handling equipment.Experience with the use of hand tools and measuring devices, and electrical/electronic diagnostic tools/measurements.Knowledge and experience with industrial equipment that includes lifting/rigging, maintaining, dismantling, and installing machinery and industrial mechanical service equipment.Exposure to aligning equipment, using dial indicators/calipers, micrometers, hoists or jacks is a plus.Strong time-management skills to perform effectively under pressure.Strong communication skills, showing an appreciation of customer needs.Trade qualification (Heavy Equipment, Agriculture, Automotive,Truck/Transport) considered an assetDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.A commitment to high quality customer service with a strong people orientation.What We OfferDemonstrate safe and efficient workplace practicesPossess mechanical aptitude and robust willingness to learnAble to carry out and understand verbal and written instructionsStrong attention to detailHighly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapable of meeting the physical demands of the heavy duty equipment environment (ie: lifting up to 50 pounds)Capable of working under minimum amount of supervisionWhen you work for Brandt, we work for you.
