The VIP Player Services Associate is a full-time position focused on providing outstanding service to guests. You will enroll players into the rewards program, manage reservations for various events, and maintain strong customer relationships across card levels. Your thorough knowledge of Fallsview Casino Resort’s promotions and activities will ensure you meet guests' needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enroll guests and manage rewards program entries
• Evaluate comp worth based on play activity
• Make reservations for dining, transport,



and events
• Telemarket tournaments and special events to guests
• Support execution of player events and tournaments
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Niagara Region preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMP systems
