Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations, including order picking, forklift operation, and shipping/receiving activities. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with manual material handling and able to consistently lift a minimum of 55 lbs and above, as required (up to 75 lbs)

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanners
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach, or walkie) to move materials safely
- Load and unload trucks, including manual handling (hand bombing) of cartons up to 75 lbs as required. undefinedBuild, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verification of incoming/outgoing goods
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (Required)
- Ability to lift and handle a minimum of 55 lbs consistently
- Comfortable with manual labor (hand bombing)
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Good teamwork and communication skills

Working Conditions

Physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting, bending, and manual handling. Exposure to warehouse environment (temperature variations, noise, moving equipment)

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in shipping & receiving
- Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., WHMIS)
