Trading Manager – Windsor, ON ADM Oilseeds Processing Full time, exempt position About The Position Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is an intermediate level position which is part of the merchandising team for the location. The position, acting as part of the team, will be accountable for trading activities with the crush asset – buying soybeans, canola seed, selling soymeal, soy hulls and canola meal. The position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with accounts, including the handling of logistics, accounting, and other customer related issues. As an intermediate member of the merchandising team, this position requires a higher level of strategic thinking as they will be lead on our trading strategies for both product lines (soy and canola crush). This is a pivotal role within the Windsor office and, as such, requires a candidate with robust trading acumen,



excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and an appetite to learn.
