Position Summary... As a Stockperson / Cartpusher, you play an important role in creating a safe, organized, and welcoming shopping experience for customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support Customer Service Operations: Collect shopping carts from cart corrals, the parking lot, and store perimeter, and return them safely to designated storage areas using Walmart approved procedures. Ensure required logs are completed accurately.
- Respond to Customer and Store Needs: Respond promptly to requests from all registers and Customer Service, including assisting customers with carry outs and carry ins and verifying receipts for proof of purchase when required.
- Maintain Clean Facilities and Equipment: Perform occasional cleaning and maintenance duties, including restrooms, while following established guidelines for chemical handling, proper disposal procedures, and safe use of power equipment. Complete required equipment inspections before use.
- Follow Safety Standards and Procedures: Adhere to all safety and emergency protocols, including hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogen guidelines, to maintain a safe setting for customers and associates.
- Promote a Safe and Hazard Free Work Environment: Use required personal protective equipment, including steel toe footwear and a reflective vest, complete safety sweeps as required, and follow Company policies and procedures to support a clean, safe workplace.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

- Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

- Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
