We craft stunning dishes at the foot of the slopes.Full-time / part-timeVariable scheduleEvery weekendApply for this positionJob description## Grow and leave your markReporting to the Food Service Director, the kitchen assistant supports the cook’s assistant and the cook by handling essential tasks to speed up food preparation and meal service in the cafeteria.Responsibilities## At the heart of the action* Perform basic prep tasks: peeling, cutting and chopping vegetables, meats and fish.* Measure and weigh ingredients according to the chefs’ instructions.* Prepare simple dishes such as salads, soups or starters under the chef’s supervision.* Help plate dishes for service.* Clean work surfaces and equipment after use.* Keep prep areas clean and tidy at all times.* Apply strict food hygiene and safety standards.* Take part in inventory management by checking product freshness and following storage guidelines.* Help receive,
