You’ll perform both electrical and mechanical repairs, assist in equipment upgrades, and have the prospect to complete a mechanical apprenticeship while gaining hands‐on experience with diverse systems in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using technical drawings and schematics.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Install, align, repair,



and modify production equipment and related systems.Support and participate in continuous improvement and reliability projects.Fabricate, adjust, or replace components as needed to keep equipment running optimally.Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all health, safety, and lockout procedures.Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure smooth production operations.Qualifications & SkillsLicensed Electrician (309A or 442A)Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or industrial setting preferred.Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and controls.Willingness and enthusiasm to train and complete a Mechanical Apprenticeship (dual ticket opportunity).Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and documentation practices.Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.Committed to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Pay Rate$45.75/hrShiftThis role is expected to work on our 12‑hour rotating continental shift.
