Millwrights work closely with the electrical department in a team‐based maintenance environment, participating in daily meetings and supporting shared troubleshooting efforts. Day to day responsibilities include analyzing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems, with a robust focus on hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as responding to breakdowns and supporting preventative maintenance activities. The role involves hands‐on work with production equipment such as presses, conveyors, robotic cells, and welding systems, along with basic machine shop work, fabrication, and welding as required.
