Take on a vital position with Inuvialuit Regional Corporation as a Men's Wellness & Safety Attendant. This role supports Indigenous men's recovery through a comprehensive wellness program. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a secure and supportive atmosphere for residents at the THARP facility. By conducting safety checks, overseeing daily activities, and addressing any incidents using trauma-informed strategies, you help foster recovery. Additionally, your work supports the integration of cultural values and healing practices within the program. Key Responsibilities:
