The position provides 1st level of support for all information and telecommunication hardware/software within the Hospital, and provides backup and support for the ICT Team. In addition the incumbent will complete project work as directed by the Director of ICT.Requires post-secondary education in a computer science program, hands on exposure to PC hardware and software support, and excellent written and verbal communications skills. Additional formal education, industry certifications and experience are beneficial (Microsoft, Exchange, ManageEngine, Internet Web tools,
