You will:Build and own features across the full stack from API to UI.Collaborate with Product and Design on early requirements and tradeoffs.Improve architectural foundations, testing practices, and engineering velocity.Bridge frontend and backend systems with clean, intentional design.Lead with pragmatism and initiative in fast‑moving, often ambiguous spaces.What We’re Looking ForFluency in modern frontend and backend development (React, TypeScript, Node, APIs, etc.)Experience designing, building, and integrating APIsStrong software fundamentals, especially around testing, architecture, and systems thinkingAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical partnersTrack record of impact, leadership, or product ownershipInterest or experience in AI technologies or projectsThis role is 100 % remote in Canada. This role does not qualify for relocation or visa sponsorship.In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Canada, is 123,000 CAD to 165,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.



This role additionally includes a 10 % annual bonus tied to company goals.
