Maintenance SchedulerPay Rate: $66.00 to $82.00/hour, depending on experienceContract Length: 1 yearLocation: Sunrise, AlbertaFly In Fly Out Camp accommodations providedRotation (8 days in – 6 days out, 12 hours a day)Company Charter Flights provided - Departing from Calgary or Edmonton, AlbertaContractors are expected to travel to Calgary or Edmonton for chartered flights to camp sites.We’re expanding our team to meet growing needs, working with an industry leader who is the second largest refiner and upgrader in Canada.Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; we will also consider applications for an INC classification where applicable.DescriptionThe Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for coordinating maintenance work, aligning resources, materials and timelines to support safe and productive execution. This role supports maintenance and operations activities by developing and maintaining schedules that optimize workforce utilization and adherence to standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for assigned work areasCoordinate labor, materials, permits and equipment required for scheduled workMonitor schedule compliance and adjust plans based on operational prioritiesUpdate and maintain scheduling data within CMMS systemsCompile and distribute work schedules to relevant personnelSupport weekly scheduling processes and planning cyclesCoordinate scheduling requirements for shutdowns, turnarounds and outage eventsLiaise with Maintenance, Operations,
