Always indicate the repair code (Repair Type).If applicable, estimate the repair costs for heavy vehicles by inspecting components under the truck, inside the hood, or elsewhere,



and provide the estimate to the customer.Inform the customer whether repairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.Agree with the customer on the payment method for repairs.Keep the customer informed when parts needed for the repair are on backorder.Promote preventive maintenance programs, specials, or any other products and services appropriate for the customer’s vehicle.Close the repair order once verified by the shop foreman, and assign costs to the customer, warranty, or goodwill policy request.Receive, install tags, maintain cleanliness, and drive trucks.Communicate with the foreman and technical advisors.Provide support as needed for document filing.Qualifications:Proficiency in French and basic English.English competency level: basic reading and writing.Frequency: daily for communications with clients outside Quebec for repair needs.Customer-service oriented.Team spirit.Knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics (bonus).Experience in interpreting warranties specific to the trucking industry (bonus).#J-18808-Ljbffr
