Ensure timely and efficient service during meal times.Provide input and suggestions for recent menu items and recipe improvements.Menu PlanningProvide input and suggestions for new menu items and recipe improvements.Food SafetyMaintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times, following food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.Equipment MaintenanceEnsure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. Report any equipment malfunctions to the Head Cook or maintenance team.Team CollaborationWork collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.CommunicationCommunicate effectively with F&B staff to ensure coordination and timely service.QualificationsEducation:Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred is an asset.Experience:Minimum of one year of experience in a professional kitchen.
