This position, within the Environmental Services department, requires someone with strong housekeeping skills who can adapt to changing routines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and safety across the facility. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing various areas, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, and assisting with staff training as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain assigned areas thoroughly
• Dust, wash, and polish furniture and fixtures




• Gather and dispose of garbage and linen
• Clean isolation rooms and dispose of hazardous materials
• Participate in quality control and training of recent staff
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Recent housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 35 kilograms
• Good command of the English language essential
• Demonstrated flexibility in work routines
