The Salvation Army is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to provide key administrative support within its financial department. You will help with bookkeeping tasks, maintain financial records, and assist with scheduling and documentation. Robust organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing cash flow and preparing reports accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and financial documents
• Manage incoming mail and process donations
• Conduct basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks




• Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
• Assist with month-end financial reconciliation
Requirements:
• High school diploma; additional education is an asset
• Two years' experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles
• Proficiency in Office365 and document management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
