Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative – UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‐weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers' surfaces using customized no‐touch cleaning equipment.Drive a company‐owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts.Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively solving problems.Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle, and build rapport with customers serviced.Customer service and relationship‐building is crucial in this position.Skills & QualificationsQualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including a valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.High School diploma, GED, or Military service.Strong customer service orientation.Self‐motivation and teamwork to meet goals.Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.BenefitsExtended health‐care coverage for many services not covered by the provincial health‐care system,
