TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team Overview The Director of Credit Risk Solutions Consulting leads a team of Solutions Consultants who partner with Sales and clients to uncover critical business issues and align them with TransUnion's solutions. Serving as a critical component of TransUnion's Trusted Advisor strategy, the team combines deep industry and product expertise with consultative engagement to drive product and solutions adoption, strengthen client relationships, and provide market insights that influence product strategy, innovation, and solution development. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities This role is responsible for defining and leading the evolution of the Solutions Consulting function, including consulting methodologies, engagement models, capability development, and resource deployment.



The successful candidate will establish a scalable operating model that maximizes efficiency, supports strategic growth priorities, and strengthens TransUnion's position as a trusted advisor to customers. Working closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and other business leaders, this role will drive a more integrated and consultative approach to solution adoption while ensuring the organization maintains a compelling, market-leading point of view. The leader will lead by example through direct engagements for key clients and strategic initiatives, while building, coaching and developing a high-performing team and cultivating future leadership talent.
