Compass One Healthcare in Ontario seeks a part time Surveyor to ensure the quality of patient food services across healthcare facilities. You will conduct in-person interviews with patients, travel independently to sites across Ontario, and summarize data trends in final reports.

The role requires reliable vehicle access, strong organization, and the ability to manage your own schedule, including overnight stays when surveying outside the GTA.
