hours and ratesParticipation in project meetingsCompletion of deficiency walks and updating of deficiency logs.Issues warrantiesTakes/coordinates progress photosUpdates field drawings and produces as-built drawingsPerformance of quantity takeoffsVerification of site conditions and coordination of drawingsSet-up and maintenance of recordsProject schedule updates and creation of manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software.Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCADMonitoring of workforce productivityQualificationsCandidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required depending on the project site/location.Next Step:Please note that candidates selected to move forward will receive an email to complete a short online video interview.The estimated salary range for this role is based on your experience and qualifications.
