In this role, you will participate in month-end close activity. During quarter and year-end, you will be validating the integrity of quarterly reports from global business teams and consolidating the reports for reporting documents. You will assist with the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements and work closely with senior management, external and internal auditors, and other finance and accounting teams to support reporting requirements.**What You’ll Do*** Assist with month end close activity and preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements, including note preparation and reconciliations of other externally reported financial information.* Assist with the quarterly reviews and year-end audit performed by the external audit team.* Assist with technical research and development of company-wide accounting policies.* Assist with month-end close activities.* Participate in and support ad-hoc projects as needed.* Validate the integrity of quarterly reports from global business teams and consolidate reports for reporting documents.**Basic Qualifications*** Completion of a degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field.* Minimum three (3)



years’ progressive experience as a financial analyst.* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.**Preferred Qualifications*** Public accounting experience preferred.* CPA preferred or actively working to obtain CPA.* ERP system (SAP S4/HANA), consolidation system (OneStream), and financial reporting software (Workiva) experience.* Knowledge of IFRS & consolidation experience (complex and multi-currency).* MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).**Location**: TorontoThe hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 - $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
