We pride ourselves on our quality product and personal service.We’re proud to be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry, and this is an exciting time to join us!Job Summary:Reporting to the Grow Supervisor, the Grow Team Member will be responsible for performing tasks related to plant cultivation.Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy, Limited term contract covering Maternity leave.Shift timings:Monday-Thursday (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM), 38 hour work week.Pay : CAD $21.00 per hourFunctions of the role include:Transplanting, harvesting, pruning, nutrient application, taking cuttings, integrated pest management, pesticide application, destruction, sanitation duties and trellising of cannabisMaintain healthy and thriving plants during all stages of cultivation (mother, clones, veg, flower, and cure)Mixing plant nutrients in accordance with Master GrowerEnsure stock tanks and feed tanks are maintainedEnsuring product is cured and packaged for shipmentMaintaining accurate inventory of clonesRecord accurate documentation of daily activitiesAdhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to sanitation, cultivation,



and processingMaintenance and monitoring of facility systemsResponsible for accurately completing appropriate documentation and recordsResponsible for promptly reporting any deviations from SOPsResponsible for adhering to safe work procedures and reporting hazardsComplete relevant forms, logs, and other documentation to meet the requirements of SOPs and Company PoliciesParticipate in company training on policies, procedures, and work methodsAssist in the mother rooms, trim, harvest, sanitation or other departments as neededPerform other duties as may be required by managementQualifications:Ability to sit, stand or kneel for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50lbsBasic math skillsAbility to be flexible and work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentCapable of multi-tasking with minimal supervisionGreat communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to pass a background checkSafe and reliable transportationGreat work ethicBasic computer skills are an assetExperience in a highly regulated workplace (food industry, pharmaceuticals) would be considered an assetGeneral:Demonstrates Company Values in relation to all aspects of the role (Creativity, Respect, Accountability, Fun, Teamwork)Participate in ongoing training as directed by ManagementDevelop, maintain and comply with work instructions, standard operating procedures, training programs,
