We're community‐focused, caring for colleagues, clients, and the communities where we work.Manager, Administrative ServicesThe Manager, Administrative Services is responsible for leading a team of Administrative Professionals that support our colleagues and enable us to deliver on our purpose to help clients, colleagues, and communities thrive.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Administrative Professionals to ensure overall quality, consistency, and efficiency of administrative support services provided to Partners/Principals, Managers & Accountants of all levels to meet high standards of client serviceLive and lead with the Firm's purpose and strategy at the forefrontProvide insight, feedback and trends to Regional Managers and assist with initiatives and strategies to deliver on the firm's purposeDevelop and maintain high quality relationship with all team members, other Managers, Administration, Partner/Principal group and all other stakeholdersCollaborate with Partners and the other team members to improve the internal and external client experienceCoach and develop team members by providing and overseeing ongoing confidence‐building feedback, both verbal and written, conducting regular one‐on‐ones, and leadership development for team members assigned to this positionSupervise team vacation, work schedules, and locationsWork with Regional Manager, P&C; and Talent Attraction with recruiting, onboarding, and departures of team membersManage team needs and present issues to senior management as requiredAssign, distribute, delegate work,
