We are seeking a Psychotherapist and a Psychologist to join our amazing team!

You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.

Responsibilities:

- Provide psychological treatment for adults 18-65with with complex trauma,mental health using evidence-based modalities
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy-with goals in mind Implement and review treatment plans, developcoping strategies using CBT, CPT and other appropriate treatments
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers such as WSIB, Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in mental health counselling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Robust leadership qualities
