We are Making Sustainability Happen.**The Role**As the People Analyst, you will leverage data to provide insights into workforce trends and organizational effectiveness through analyzing, and interpreting people-related data to support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.You will support our People Analytics Manager and People Operations teams by maintaining accurate people data, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, and assisting with HRIS (Workday) configurations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring data integrity across HR systems while partnering with regional People Operations teams to conduct routine data audits and improve data quality. Your work will help transform people data into meaningful insights that support workforce planning and organizational decision-making.If you are a highly inquisitive individual with previous experience analyzing and reporting on data to deliver insights, using BI tools to spot trends and present findings visually, we’d love to hear from you.**Key Accountabilities****People Analytics & Reporting*** Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards and reports to support People Operations, HR leadership, and business stakeholders* Assist in building recurring and ad hoc reports related to headcount, attrition, recruiting, and workforce metrics.* Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources.* Support the documentation of reporting logic,
calculated fields, and metric definitions.**Dashboard Development & Maintenance*** Maintain and update existing People Analytics dashboards.* Assist in designing new dashboards and visualizations to communicate key workforce trends.* Monitor dashboards for data accuracy and performance.**HR Data Integrity & Audits*** Conduct regular HR data audits to identify inconsistencies, missing data, or incorrect records.* Partner with regional People Operations teams to investigate and resolve data issues.* Maintain data governance standards and ensure adherence to HR data policies.**HRIS Support & Configuration*** Assist with HRIS system configuration, including business process updates, data fields, and reporting objects.* Support testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.* Document system configurations and reporting dependencies.**Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Work closely with People Operations, HR Business Partners, and HRIS teams to support data requests and reporting needs.* Provide guidance to HR stakeholders on data accuracy and reporting best practices.**Working @ SLR**With SLR, there is no doubt you’ll grow your subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge. and a suite of wellness initiatives).* The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.
