This is an opportunity to join a growing company with significant expansion plans.RoleCOURIER DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVELocation:BurlingtonDescription:The Courier Dispatcher/CSR position entails assigning delivery orders to the most appropriate drivers throughout the day. The Dispatcher/CSR ensures shipments are completed in the most efficient manner possible by overseeing pickup and delivery requests, providing information, and supervising deliveries to meet customer needs. They ensure accuracy when entering customer orders and other information into the computer system in a timely manner. They also provide prompt, exact, and knowledgeable information to Power Link customers, drivers,
