You will lead enterprise projects that include technical components and require coordination across business and technology teams. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Management. Posting Type: Replacement. Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $67,000 - $105,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget. Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of project deliverables. Apply project governance practices, including charters, plans, risk and issue management, financial tracking, and procurement. Foster a high-performance team setting and mentor junior project managers. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to maintain project progress Provide regular project reporting, including status updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into project practices Ensure effective project closure, including documentation, knowledge
