This Relief Worker role is vital in providing day-to-day support to children and youth facing developmental and mental health challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll create a secure and structured home environment by implementing individualized care plans and building positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support with daily routines and life skills
• Implement Behaviour Support Plans to enhance client welfare
• Ensure safety during behavioral escalations




• Facilitate recreational and educational activities for clients
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12; related education is an asset
• Experience supporting children or youth with complex needs preferred
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient in all situations
• Criminal Record Clearance for onboarding required
