Join the team at John Sweeney CES as a registered Early Childhood Educator for a temporary position. Collaborate with educators to implement faith-based learning programs that foster holistic child development.
This half-time role is available from October 5 to November 6, 2026. You will work closely with other educators to plan and execute curriculum-driven activities and guide students through their developmental stages. This involves monitoring progression and tailoring learning activities in both the Kindergarten and Extended Day Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with educators to implement age-appropriate curricula
• Observe and assess student development in programs
• Support personalized learning for students with IEPs




• Maintain records for health and attendance confidentially
• Assist in organizing classroom set-up and materials
Requirements:
• Member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Preference for applicants meeting Catholicity requirements
• Experience in early childhood education or related fields
• Ability to maintain a nurturing learning environment
• Flexibility in schedule and duties as assigned
