Your role will involve quick-paced decision-making, receiving calls, and dispatching services to ensure community safety. You will be integral in monitoring Special Constables and responding effectively to a range of emergency situations.Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and assess public calls for service
- Initiate police, fire, and ambulance responses
- Dispatch officers and monitor their field activities
- Maintain detailed records within confidential systems
- Conduct CPIC checks as requiredRequirements:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong customer service and crisis intervention skills
- Proficiency in data entry and communication systems
