Department: Complex Continuing Care & Seniors Mental Health A1 & Dementia Care B1QUALIFICATIONSCertification/Experience/Knowledge:Current Certificate of Registration ~ College of Nurses of Ontario requiredCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers (HCP) Certificate required (recent within the last twelve months)Capillary Blood Glucose Certification requiredMedical clinical experience requiredExperience in Dementia Care requiredCertified in Medication Administration required with related experienceExperience with catheterizationGentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) Certificate and PIECES certificate requiredIV maintenance an assetWound management knowledge and experience an assetKnowledge of Recovery Oriented Practice supporting patient choice is a assetKnowledge of applicable legislation (I.E.
