WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core data objects are at the base of the company's product offering and power our industry-leading customer engagement tool. The Core Objects team owns our customers' most valuable data structures — the foundation that enables them to use the company most effectively and implement their most innovative strategies.

The team extensively integrates AI into its daily workflow, leveraging agentic tools to navigate our large Ruby monolith, create proof of concepts, and transition quickly and safely from an ask to a working solution. AI has been used across all stages of product delivery, fundamentally enhancing the team’s ability to deliver high-quality results more efficiently.

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help us tackle significant engineering challenges, such as: extending our high-scale ingestion pipeline to ingest new and advanced data objects, optimizing performance and cost, and owning a complex backend system that enables our entire product offering.

You’ll take on a variety of challenges as we set out to build new exciting projects in extending and building our Core Objects systems and features.

WHO YOU ARE

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience

- Experienced technical leader

- Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms

- A self-starter with great communication and organizational skills and will have worked in a team environment before

Bonus points:

- Professional experience building software at scale

- Professional experience with one or more of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, Go, SQL,



and NoSQL databases, distributed systems, API design/monitoring/best practices

- Experience with agile processes

- Passionate about customer experience

For candidates based in Canda, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between CA$153,815 and CA$277,431/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between CA$172,000 and CA$308,400/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
