If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care, we would love to hear from you.What You Should KnowLocation: Kingston, ON (client homes)Shift: 12 hour shifts, both day and nights availableWhat You'll DoPersonal Support & Daily CareProvide long-term commitment to care and services for a client with multiple complex needsAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingSupport mobility, walking, and secure transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)Home SupportPerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environmentPrepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needsHealth & Safety AssistanceProvide medication reminders and help monitor daily routinesComplete daily care reports and communicate observations to the case manager or healthcare teamCompanionship & Emotional SupportEngage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurancePromote comfort,
