With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM and progressive maintenance (PM) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in your area and equipment and report them.ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring and updating all compliance programs and documentation (GMP, FSSC, HACCP, etc.) for East York Barkey.Support daily operations to conform to corporate and local quality policies and SOPs.Participate in preparations and execution of third‑party, corporate and regulatory audits.Ensure all core competency training is completed according to schedule and policy updates.Investigate consumer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions (CAPAs) and support investigation of internal non‑conformances to ensure timely closure.Assist in the change control program, leading cross‑functional team approval, creating and revising SOPs/WI/QPs and updating applicable programs.Manage non‑conforming materials ensuring proper control, identification and disposition.Schedule internal audits, inspections,



verification and calibration functions to support quality and production requirements.Work safely and diligently to avoid hazards in the workplace and department.Prioritize work to be most efficient and effective.Work independently and proactively to perform duties.Other tasks may be assigned by the compliance manager.Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in food science, regulatory affairs or a related field.At least 2 years' experience in a related field.Highly skilled at planning and prioritizing tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.Coaching mindset and ability to function in a servant‑leadership model.Ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders.Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast‑paced high‑performance work system.Learning agility and potential to grow in the organization through diverse and challenging assignments.Salary and BenefitsThe expected annualized salary range is $49,105.00 to $75,639.00 CAD, depending on experience, skills, education and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 5% plus potential shift premiums or overtime.
