The role combines project/program management, stakeholder engagement, and business development to support distribution utility initiatives including grid modernization, asset renewal, reliability improvement, customer growth,



and infrastructure expansion programs.**Your Role:****Program & Project Delivery*** Lead end-to-end delivery of utility capital projects and programs.* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality.* Coordinate across engineering, operations, construction teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.* Establish project governance, reporting structures, and performance tracking mechanisms.* Support capital planning, forecasting, Construction Work in Progress (CWIP), and project prioritization activities.**PMO, Reporting & Governance*** Implement PMO best practices, project controls, and governance frameworks.* Develop executive dashboards, status reports, KPI scorecards, and presentations.* Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, change requests, corrective actions, and lessons learned.* Support portfolio management, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.## .**Client Engagement &
