In this hands-on, high-ownership role you will lead the final stage of delivery for oversized, heavy and large-format items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses and fitness equipment. You will manage fleet operators, team leads and sorters while driving results from both a P/L and merchant quality perspective. Role Details: Pay Rate/Salary:



CAD$80k-$90k baseLocation: Hybrid role based at our Downtown (John St) office. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end performance of the Big and Bulky last mile delivery network, including P/L, service levels and merchant quality Manage and develop fleet operators, team leads and sorters to deliver a consistent, high-quality delivery experience Oversee white-glove delivery and installation services, including one-person and two-person delivery teams Drive damage prevention through strong handling processes, training and specialized equipment Plan and optimize routing, capacity and resource allocation using our TMS to balance cost, efficiency and delivery quality Monitor key metrics and financial performance, and act on insights to improve margins and reduce cost per delivery Partner with merchants,
