About the Role

Our client is seeking a friendly and energetic Sales Associate to join their retail team in East London . This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store. The ideal candidate has a passion for retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of the team in the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.




- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and uphold company policies.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems are beneficial.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, in the East London area.
