Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.This Project Manager role leads large, multi million dollar turnkey fabrication projects within the oil & gas sector. The position is highly execution focused, owning schedule, cost, and client communication from contract award through delivery. and overall execution from award to completionCreate and manage detailed Microsoft Project schedules and Gantt chartsDevelop and maintain Excel based timelines and cost tracking toolsLead client, vendor, and internal meetings with confidence and controlCommunicate directly with major oil & gas clients and key vendorsManage expediters, vendor performance, and delivery timelinesControl project messaging using strong judgment and emotional intelligenceCollaborate closely with senior leadership, project managers, and project engineersRequirements:Bring 5–10 years of oil & gas project management experienceDemonstrate strong background in fabrication or manufacturing environmentsManage multi million dollar turnkey or equipment package projectsApply experience with pump, compressor, or similar mechanical packagesUtilize advanced scheduling skills in Microsoft Project and ExcelExhibit high emotional intelligence and polished client communicationNavigate high pressure, high visibility client interactions effectivelyOperate independently without direct reports while influencing outcomes
